USATF 40KM Racewalk National Championship

Today's episode is all about the USATF 40km Racewalk National Championship to be held in Ocean Township, New Jersey on September 13th. This will be 71st annual edition of the event and once again Elliott Denman and the Shore AC will be hosting what is sure to be another memorable event.

We speak with National Champion and USA National Race Walk Team member Ray Sharp on this episode. Ray has won the last three 40kms and promises to give it another go for a fourth win.

In part two, we speak with Team USA Head Coach Loretta Schuellein and Manager Dan Obrien as they prepare to fire up the squad to do battle with the Canadians. And finally, we speak with leading USA Team member Allison Chin about her very successful racing season as she prepares for this meet and veteran Canadian Team member Evan Dunfee on his career and plans for his race with the Americans.

USATF 20km Race Walk Nationals
